At Highbury Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most furniture and decor items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping box and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
